The reasons that I chose this topic:

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused unexpected effects to the operations of art
museums.

Many art galleries have had to stop daily operations for the health of their audiences
during Covid-19. However, the burden of daily maintenance and other burdens brought
great challenges to the art museum.

But I think at the same time, this disruption also provides opportunities for art museums
to explore new models of audience engagement

Some institutions share their digitized collections with the public through numerous
platforms. Annual events like Museum + Exhibition move their programming online.

The main purpose of the article is to provide the relevant practitioners of art museums with
the current situation of online activities
•
Analyze its effectiveness through qualitative research on users’ online behaviors and
attitudes, so as to provide a better online art exhibition form.

rational action theory (for predicting user behavior and action intent), heuristic persuasion
model (the features of heuristics that strongly influence human behavior, including: the

representative, availability, attitude, asymmetric dominance effect, status quo bias, and the
fundamental attribution error).

it will analyze user online behavior, such as user participation behavior in online exhibitions,
user personal attitude, user satisfaction.

Through qualitative data, analysis by grouping data into categories and themes facilitates
