at least two required scholarly sources, distinguish between leadership and management responsibilities in an organizational setting. Identify the different sets of responsibilities you expect would be assigned to a leader and to a manager. Discuss how these sets of responsibilities require different skill sets to accomplish. Determine which is a more natural fit for you: leadership or management.
