Prepare a 3 to 5 page report on leadership. This can be an interview with someone in the organization that you are working for or a report on the types of leaders you have been exposed to in your internship or in previous and/or current work experience. Your report should include:
What does leadership mean to you?
What are the characteristics of a good leader?
What is the difference between a leader and a manager?
What types of leaders have you been exposed to?
What have some of the leaders you have worked for done that impressed you the most?
What leadership traits do you want to develop for yourself?
Report should respond to the questions above and can include any additional information you want to share about leadership. The report should be double spaced, 1 inch margins and include a cover page with your name, title of report, class title and due date.
