• How do the 3 jobs and organizations that you identified fit with your goals?
• How might the professional associations identified in Phase 2 support your goals?

CMP Part 3: Skill Development and Learning Plan

For this section, revisit your Career Management Tracking Tool, and answer the following questions:

• List 3 skill areas that you will need to develop further to successfully meet your goals.
• What is your plan and time line to develop these skills further?
