I would like to interview my team lead. I recently moved to a different team in my company. The team works on the EPIC application. It is a healthcare data analysis tool and is one of the leading health information technology providers. Large U.S. hospitals and health systems broadly use it to access, manage, store and share electronic medical records (Wallask, n.d)
Below are the few questions I will ask my lead during the interview.
What kind of EPIC certification/ modules will be helpful for the person with an analytics background?
What challenges do you generally face within the application?
Did you ever face data security issues while using the EPIC application?
Was it hard for you to get along with the EPIC application during your initial days working on it, or did it excite you or both?
What suggestions do you give to the ones that are new to the EPIC application?
