This assignment requires serious thought in putting together.  You are required to detail a fitness plan that would suit you.  This plan needs to show the 5 components of fitness( Health-Related Components of Fitness) found in Chapter 3.  Chapters 4, 5 and 6 talks in detail about 3 of those components.  Your plan needs show frequency, duration and intensity of your workouts. When writing out your weight lifting portion of your program you need to make sure you identify your sets and reps.  Example  Bench Press 1×10, 1×8, 2×6…..Squats 1×10, 1×8, 2×6……  Name each exercise that is in your plan.  As part of your plan you should set a goal for what you want to accomplish with your plan.  For example I should be able to look at your plan without you telling me that your plan is geared primarily for weight loss, or primarily to build strength. You can show me a 2 to 3 week sample of your plan.  There is no requirement for a certain number of pages.
