3. As a Baccalaureate Nurse you will be expected to assume positions as leaders and managers:
a. What characteristics or traits do you have for each position (leader and manager)
b. BE SPECIFIC – describe your traits that are possessed that will enhance BOTH your leadership and managerial abilities.

Theindividual leadership versus management paper will be a minimum of 4 pages not including the title page or the reference page. The sources should be from only referred journals or leadership textbooks and there should be ample resources to adequately cover the required information – at least 2 plus your text book.
