Project Description:
In this project, you will create a presentation about taking notes. You will modify a template, use outline view, add existing content to the presentation, and apply and modify a theme.
Instructions:
For the purpose of grading the project you are required to perform the following tasks:

2 On Slide 1, replace the existing title text with Taking Notes (no period). Change the font size of the title text to 54 pt. Delete the subtitle placeholder from the slide. 7
3 Change the layout of Slide 3 to Picture with Caption. 7
4 On Slide 3, in the second item under the heading (The Cornell Technique), use the Outline tab to change the word Technique to System (no period). 3
5 At the end of the outline, use the Slides from Outline option to insert the downloaded p02_cornell.rtf file. Slide 5 will be added to the presentation. 8
6 Use the Outline tab to insert a new Title and Content slide at the end of the presentation. On Slide 6, enter The Mapping System as the title text. 11
7 On the Outline tab, on Slide 6, enter Pictures of information and Illustrates relationships as two first-level bullet points. 6
8 At the end of the outline, use the Reuse Slides task pane to insert all slides from the downloaded p02_tips.pptx presentation maintaining the same order. Slides 7 through 10 will be added to the presentation. 12
9 On Slide 8, use the Outline tab to decrease the list level of the last bullet that begins Set tabs for, to make it the same level as the other bullets. 3

For the purpose of grading of the project you are required to perform the following tasks:

3 Arrange the inserted oval so that it appears behind all other objects on the slide and change the fill color of the oval to Light Green (under Standard Colors). 6
4 Select the three oval shapes on Slide 8. Align the ovals by their centers and middles, and then group them together. 9

Wildfire is a common threat and natural occurrence. Maintaining an appropriate defensible space around your home is essential. Zone 1: Clear trees within 30 feet of your home and create hardscaped surfaces such as patios and walkways to create a fire resistant buffer. Avoid wooden decks and stacking firewood close to your home. Zone 2: Thin shrubs and trees in the 10-foot wide zone. Remaining trees should be pruned to 10 feet above ground. Zone 3: Keep grasses mown low between trees for at least 10 feet.
