Use the tables in this document to send your answers. Fill in the information as needed. You may save this document, including your answers, and send it to your instructor.

· Take into account whether or not the employee should have social security tax withheld based on cumulated earnings.
· You also need to calculate how much the business needs to send in for SUTA (.9%) and FUTA (6.3%). Remember base salaries amounts where that applies. Check cumulated earnings for each employee.
