Cultural Worldview
Cultural worldview can be defined as “a set of shared beliefs designed to provide self-worth, permanence, stability and the pledge of literal and/or symbolic immortality to those who abide by the standards set by the world view” (Dewa, Ireland, & Ireland, 2014, p. 373).

Power Structure
Power structure refers to how a society (culture) is organized and who in the society (culture) holds the power. Examples include governments or other powerful organizations where the leaders are predominantly of one gender, religion, or ethnicity as well as how restrictive the society (culture) is about the activities of a particular gender, social class, or race. This would include permissible or expected behaviors of certain groups in public and private settings, educational attainment, employment opportunities, and personal freedoms such as dress and speech.
