In this last week of EDU/311, we discuss practices that help you improve as educators. Certainly, setting professional goals for yourself, staying involved in professional organizations, and maintaining a spirit of collaboration with fellow teachers are all beneficial practices to pursue. Even the more individually focused exercises of evaluating your own performance and reflecting on teaching can be helpful when explored in group settings. This discussion helps you to expand on these ideas.
